Large goods need more than a shipping address. We coordinate access, equipment, timing, and handoff so delivery is predictable from the first conversation.
How delivery works
After your order is confirmed, our team reviews the delivery location, access route, unloading method, and any local restrictions. We then provide an estimated delivery window and identify the equipment needed for a safe placement.
Share the delivery address, access photos, overhead clearance, surface conditions, and any gate or appointment details.
We assess truck access, turning space, road limits, overhead lines, and whether a tilt-bed, chassis, crane, or other equipment is appropriate.
The receiving person should be present or clearly authorized to accept the unit and confirm placement at the scheduled appointment.
Timing and delivery windows
Typical delivery timing depends on inventory, preparation, distance, carrier availability, weather, and site readiness. The date or window in your confirmation is an estimate until the carrier confirms the appointment. We will communicate material changes as soon as we receive them.
Delays caused by unsafe access, inaccurate site information, severe weather, road restrictions, or the receiving site not being ready may require a rescheduled appointment and additional carrier charges.
Delivery charges and access
Shipping costs are quoted by unit, route, equipment, and site requirements. Extra services such as crane placement, extended waiting time, redelivery, permits, escorts, or difficult access are not included unless stated in writing.
Before dispatch, please ensure the route and placement area are clear, stable, and suitable for the unit. Boxnation is not responsible for damage to private driveways, landscaping, underground services, gates, or other property where site conditions were not disclosed or approved.
